Altitude Initiative provides professional development, mentoring, coaching, and human performance programs for individuals and organisations. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • The Altitude Performance Program (12-week framework)
  • Leadership development and facilitation
  • Discovery calls and strategy conversations
  • Workshops and group sessions

3. Nature of Services

Altitude Initiative provides mentoring, coaching, and professional development services. These services are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute medical advice, psychological counselling, therapy, or treatment. 4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, program materials, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Altitude Initiative and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all information shared during mentoring and development engagements. Program content, personal disclosures, and organisational information shared with us will be treated as confidential unless:

  • You provide consent to share
  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g. mandatory reporting obligations under Queensland law)
  • There is a serious and imminent risk to the safety of any person

6. Bookings and Cancellations

Discovery calls and strategy conversations booked through our website are subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Specific cancellation policies for paid programs will be outlined in the relevant service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altitude Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
